1. Agreement to Terms

Your use of the products and/or services on the Portal offered by TeenPatti Master TEAM, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and partners are governed by these Terms. You understand that the Terms will be binding on you. You shall be responsible to comply with the Terms at all times and abide by any periodically amended modifications.

If any Terms are determined to be unlawful or void by any judicial body in India, it will not affect the validity of the remaining Terms.

2. Legality & Regional Restrictions

Users from the following states in India cannot use the TeenPatti Master App: Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland, and Sikkim. Accessing the app from these regions is strictly prohibited.

3. User Representations

Any information provided by you must be complete and truthful. By using this service, you represent that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You are aware that participation may result in financial loss.
• You are voluntarily participating and assume all responsibility for risk.
• You are not a politically exposed person or on any UN Sanctions List.

4. Data Security

We take appropriate security measures to protect user data. However, data transmitted over the Internet is inherently a security risk. Your account is protected with login information known only to you; it is your responsibility to notify us of any breach of security.

5. Anti-Cheating & Restrictions

You undertake that you yourself will play and not use any form of external assistance (bots, hacks, or third-party software). Collusion between users is strictly prohibited. Users are restricted to a single user account.

The Terms and Privacy Policy shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts at New Delhi.
